Off-season: From the end of breakup activities through to the AGM

For the committee, the off-season can be nearly as busy as the regular season, with club competitions running in conjunction with compliance reporting, all with the AGM fast approaching.

Using Majestri in the Off-season

  • Open for player registrations into off-season competitions (5- or 6-a-Side, Indoor, Social). If your fields can handle the activity, these are a great way to raise funds for the club.

  • Open for junior registrations into summer camps or clinics that you have set up to keep members engaged.

  • Mobilise teams for entry into indoor competitions that may be running in nearby facilities. Players can be sourced from either inside or outside the club.

  • After the AGM, create the newly-elected committee inside Majestri, immediately giving them required administrative access to the system. Your departing committee becomes etched in history inside Majestri forever.

  • Ensure the Document Vault is up-to-date for the incoming committee by ensuring all policy documents and meeting minutes are uploaded in advance.

  • Update Majestri’s central club email address register to assign email addresses to new officials now filling positions.

  • Reach out to local businesses to gather some commercial support for next season. The chance to establish a mutually beneficial relationship is much higher with our Sponsorship Management tools.
